So at first I had doubts that the thing would work. Received the package and was a little worried the tape would be so thin that it would work well. For the first part, my chest was practically in place. I just had to adjust the bottom end for more buoyancy. Lasted all night, nothing flaked off. The band is quite stretchy so you don't need much. Underestimate the length needed and it will stretch just where it needs to. I wasted a lot of valuable pieces on the first try 🤦🏾‍♀️ Tip: Don't remove the paper right away, you'll end up with a lot of twisted tape that you can't use. When attaching the tape to the chest, carefully remove the backing paper. My only complaint, especially on my part, I fell asleep after a night with the tape on and woke up with skin irritation. I removed the tape too quickly and a piece of skin came off. I would recommend taking them off as soon as you get home and maybe some baby oil to lubricate your skin so you don't bruise when you take them off. I will definitely order another roll.
