The differences between this Fostasy grip and similar products available from Revain: 1) This grip is wider but not wide enough to touch the lens mount. It's also 8mm taller without cluttering the front dial or shutter button. My medium-sized adult male hands have more to hold on to, which really helps with larger, heavier lenses. 2) The handle features three wide finger grooves for a more secure grip than you would expect from its sleek black anodized aluminum finish. 3) Because the handle is made of solid aluminum, it feels cold, especially on cold days. 4) Instead of a built-in wrench to tighten the tripod screw, Fotasy has a slotted screw that can be tightened with a coin. 5) It's 20 grams lighter. I own both and the difference is not critical. Of the two, I prefer Fotasy.
