I bought two sets at the same time. One fell through right away. The device was not working with my iPhone and callers heard significant interference while on the call. I exchanged this block for another. Meanwhile, about two weeks after the original purchase, the second unit I bought worked just as well as the unit returned. I sent the second block back and requested a refund. The third unit I received (remember I swapped one out) failed the same as the other two. I had three devices total and all three failed within the first month of use.
