Wow, this thing is effective. So like an epilator. Haven't used the scrub brush yet. It was delivered yesterday, I charged it overnight and tried it this morning. I have a woman's beard. Not just a few stray hairs on my perimenopausal chin, but thick enough dark hair to form a goatee/mustache if I let it go for a few days. I've struggled with this since I was in my 20s and it got worse as I got older. I did a wax depilation, had a couple of laser hair removal sessions, blah blah blah. I tested negative for PCOS but still have a faint patchy shadow on my chin every day. It's disgusting and I'm very ashamed of it. I usually shave in the shower every morning. This small epilator is amazingly effective within 1 day even on short chin hair growth. And yeeeeeeoooooooouuch, does it ever hurt! OMFG, pain. I was only able to use it for a few minutes at a time because I'm a total wimp, so I can't vouch for how long the battery lasts on a full charge. But I'm very impressed with its initial performance. Pulled hair out quickly in just a few passes over the same area, much more effectively than any other epilator I've tried. FYI I am writing this review to postpone using this device due to pain.
