The oil itself is wonderful. The bottle/packaging came completely broken (not the seller's fault) but the oil is still in good condition. However, when I removed the cap from the original packaging to match the dosing pump cap, it was the wrong size. I had to open the bottle and pour into my hand which ended up pouring a lot at once or just making things difficult. use. Too bad because it's such a nice clean scent. It's very difficult to get in touch with the seller and when I tried to just ship the cap I had to send everything back and wait for a return/refund. I just want a working pump!
