LOVED the headphones but couldn't get the volume to work. I called service to find out if they were defective. We were told the shipment would send detailed instructions which we never received. (not that we understand them anyway) Just sent it back and ordered a newer model. I couldn't understand the audio so I called 800# for help. The recording started with me being forced to answer a short 3 minute QUESTIONNAIRE! Then when I refused to answer questions I had to hang up after listening to the message for at least 3 minutes without even having a chance to skip it and speak to anyone.
