Terrible charger and terrible seller. Take it from Lowe instead. At least they actually stand behind their products. I can forgive a lot, but bad customer service is not one of them. So I got it for Christmas. I can use it to charge my backup phone battery and my Kindle. Unfortunately, the iPhone/iPad version hasn't worked for a few weeks. Since that gets the most charging, it's really inconvenient and I had to buy another charger for it.
