Very strong, adjustable "hold" depending on how tight you tighten the screws. Everything moves together when I adjust the height of the table. Assembly takes some time as you need to find the right height/angle of the armrests. Each pair of hands is linked so you can position each pair anywhere in the pose, but you cannot move the left hand up and the right hand down. The seller provides enough cable management clips to efficiently manage power cords and HDMI cables to your monitors. The clamps are pretty good in my opinion - they fit snugly into the arm/stand and then have plenty of room to accommodate cables. I easily unplugged the power cord and DMI cable by connecting each monitor to the clips on the brackets and then using the cable clips on the stand to route them through the back. Professional look!
