I really liked the material of the skirt itself, but I didn't realize there was a short in it. The material of the shorts was pretty cheap and uncomfortable. I'm not good at sewing or anything, but I knew I couldn't leave it at that. I ended up ripping my shorts and making a skirt out of them. Much more convenient. I also added a button at the top because it was a bit difficult to get the zipper through the waistband.
