Normal product, but wanted more for the money.

In general, Asus made an almost perfect mouse for me in terms of characteristics and capabilities, but in small things not related to production, they made global problems, software that does not allow it to be used for the entire and unpleasant delivery service, which, in fact, can withdraw the goods, but prove that it wasn't there or it was broken, you can't.

Pros
  • I love wireless technology, especially when it is with a battery, especially when it holds a charge for a long time. Box, complete set all at the highest level. The mouse is very pleasant (at first glance, the plastic seems very cheap, but from time to time you understand that the mouse is in the same perfect condition, so the appearance can hardly be forgiven for it). The mouse is very light, a lot of functions, cool characteristics, in general I am satisfied with the purchase, especially since it is Asus (I like to collect everything from one company, and here is a mouse of high quality). I would also like to note a very high quality cable, just nice and good. And the answer to another review that the side buttons are flush with the mouse is not a drawback for me, but a plus - I don’t use them at all, I don’t like side buttons at all, but here is the solution when they are, and when they do not interfere.
Cons
  • And now the cons that are present here. Asus. Having made an almost perfect mouse, it has indirect, but at the same time serious flaws. 1) This is software, on the old system I still managed to somehow make it work correctly, set up DPI, the necessary modes and save them, and with a big dance with a tambourine. It was also very difficult to flash the mouse, it constantly crashed and had to be done all over again. On the new system, the software sees the mouse, but nothing can be configured. Then, this is a notification in the tray, which cannot be removed, well, check the box in the program settings, do not show in the tray. 2) This is the delivery service used by Asus. I ordered a laptop bag with a mouse. Firstly, the courier called only after 3 days as the parcel was already in the city. Secondly, the courier dialed only when he drove up without even warning, as a result, when asked to wait 10-15 minutes, he replied that he was busy, could not wait, and I had to go to him for the parcel. (of course, he offered to wait until the next day and call in tomorrow, but I wanted to today, so I went myself) 3) Picking up the parcel, the courier said that I had no right to unpack it, but only to inspect the package externally and did not give the parcel until I signed about receiving it (Inside everything was whole and in place, but it looks very strange that I can’t even open the box, check if everything is in place until I sign for receipt). Another of the small minuses, I don’t even really know how to correctly write soft scrolling of the mouse wheel or there is no tactile response, in general, sometimes when I turn the wheel down, it accidentally turns up. it is very soft or that there is no difference between the steps.
