Easy to put on and great in the rain!
I bought boots for a child of 2.5 years one size bigger. She can still move easily in them, although they are looser around her legs. It is very easy for her to put them on herself and there are small elastic loops that she can use to put them on. They are good in the rain and for swimming in puddles!
- The boots are wonderful, I don't know if she has worn them yet.
- Cannot be waterproof under any circumstances
