The best thing about this tool is that it gives us all of our data in one place from email marketing to salesforce CRM! It's also very easy to use with no training required at all - just go live. I wish there was an option or button where we could see how many people are open vs unread emails but other than that everything has been great!! If anyone wants analytics done quickly without spending tons of time then this should definitely help them out as well! We have seen significant improvements since using Houdini!
