I travel to Asia and/or Europe 4 times a year for 23 weeks on business and need a 'portable office' with my 15.4" MBP laptop and an external GeChic 15 laptop 0.6 inch. Advertisement. I need constant access to the company's ERP, website and large spreadsheets when I'm on the road, so I travel with this type of gear. I prefer to elevate the laptop at an angle with a portable and foldable laptop stand and decided to try this stand to elevate an external display. I wasn't expecting this little stand to support a 1.5 pound display or my 12.9 inch iPad Pro. reliable, but works without problems. The two pivot points stay in place with the display installed and I have to say I'm very impressed. Now I can lift the MBP and external display side-by-side and continue working in the hotel room as if I were at work or in my home office where I have a 27-inch iMac and a 32-inch external display side-by-side. To be honest I can work all day with this portable device without hurting my neck. The raised displays really help your posture. Good product. I read someone's review that it might work with a 12.9 inch iPad Pro and that piqued my interest. I have an even larger and slightly heavier display than the iPad Pro and this stand handles it with no issues. And it folds so easily into a very compact unit that easily fits in almost any compartment in your bag. Very good. It makes me a lot more productive on the go and I couldn't ask for more. Excellent value for money and quality. Highly recommended for street fighters.
