Do you remember Yak Bucks? That's basically it.
This is a recording device that allows you to speed up or slow down the recorded message. It doesn't really work as a voice mask as I understand it; I was hoping for something that you can speak into and project your voice distorted or altered in real time. So it's ok, but it's not very versatile. The kid who got it played with it for about a day.
