Absolutely normal. Need more curlers.
I was really excited to try them! I have naturally curly hair but this fits perfectly without causing frizz. Made me nice curls. 2 Cons 1. I think I should have bought 2 packs because 1 wasn't enough to do my whole head as directed and 2 my head was too long for curlers. They were pretty easy to put on as long as you didn't wrap too much hair in a curler and helped my hair dry pretty quickly.
