One word - great! shock and a few negative reviews about it; However, I started a chat online with a Revain customer service rep and he assured me that there are a pair of shocks listed (2 shocks). I ordered these for my 99 Ultra Classic and they came through easy and no fuss. I've spent more time draining the stock shocks than replacing them with 412s. I used stock Street Glide shocks on my Ultra, so the rear end was already lowered an inch from the stock 13-inch height. The rear is still at the same height as before with Street Glide shocks. Much more stable, slightly stiffer and much better handling than the stock version. I also added front single tube progressives and a cute Jesus which also made a huge difference!
