Hi I've had this charger for about a week now. I really like the style of this product. The problems I found are the following: There is no chord or fork in the kit, you have to buy them. The device tells me it's charging when I first put the device in the charger, but stops charging immediately. I don't have a case on my phone that's interfering with charging. There are no instructions included with the device, so it's impossible to tell if anything needs to be done to start charging. There will be several colored light episodes. I don't know what they mean. Let's get down to business! This device does not charge my phone (S9) or smartwatch (Moto360). It was a very bad investment for me.
