The ball is not very strong.
The kids loved playing with the giant ball. Less than ten minutes later, they entered the house, upset because the ball hit a stick in the yard, tearing a sizable hole in it. Not very durable. I would compare it to one of those cheap colored balls you can buy at any store for a few bucks. I try to patch but the patches don't like to stay in the textured surface of the ball.
