Review on Sabio CX Platform by Roy Niemeyer

I like it because you can easily add customers by using different sources of data as well or other information systems with which your existing system doesn't have an open API (like Google Analytics).The interface could look more user friendly but this depends from each person's point view! Sometimes we need some technical support when having problems adding new accounts into our application so far everything has been OK even if sometimes they don´t respond immediately depending their timezone/time difference etc..I think all companies should implement such kind platform otherwise how else will users find useful tools within one area?
