I love this backpack. Does exactly what I need. Very durable and high quality except USB charging. I removed the cable and it charged 90% of the time. However, when it was in a backpack and plugged into the included outlet, it never charged my phone (same cable and battery). I've double tested it with my own cable on the same phone and battery and it's fine. If it's a deal breaker, look elsewhere. It's not for me as there are so many pockets on the outside that I can use them to store an external battery and use my own cables. Easily fits in a laptop bag. There are many pockets for a variety of things. The chest strap comes in handy when you go for a long walk, so the straps are narrow and dangle from your shoulders. It is also adjustable / slide up and down.
