deal breaker. Poor Quality Zippers

1- A headrest torn at the seam. Approximately 41/2 inches. 2-A zipper keeps separating. Zippers are of poor quality. I expected these 3 zips to be powerful and good quality for the money I paid. The front seat covers are good. The woman wanted to sew up the hole, but the problem is the zipper. it was a deal breaker.
