I only use the 180 for boxing. This always unzips after washing and is really plump when rolled up, but less firm than the bandages that looked half the size. I think it stretches too much making it less protective. The velcro is terrible and wears out quicker than my other bandages (from all different brands) because I like to know which one is best. This is my least favorite and only backup when I haven't washed my laundry and need a new one.
