Review on Capshi [2Pack, 6.6Ft] USB to USB Cable - USB 3.0 A to A Male to Male - Compatible with Laptop, Hard Disk, Camera, and More by William Pacino

I bought these cables to connect to a low wattage USB 3.0/3.1 hub. Windows 10 throws USB device not working error when connecting a hub. I tried connecting the device to a different USB 3.0 cable and Windows recognized it with no problems. I've even tried cables, plugging them into the POWERED USB HUB and into all other USB ports, to no avail. I can't return them because I won't be going to a UPS store in the middle of this COVID crisis so I have to live with that. I'm a high level computer engineer, I know what I'm doing. My system is an i9-9900k, all cores at 5GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX graphics card, no mechanical drives other than an external multi-disk RAID unit. Everything is updated. Such a shame.
