I have a slight pudge in my lower belly so I was a bit conscious about it and pulling the bottom up a bit but it felt good. If you have a tear drop shaped butt where the meat is mostly concentrated on the bottom, be prepared for some wedgies. I would definitely buy this again m. I have the white one too
