I bought this super last minute costume that I put together at the last minute for a Halloween party and the cut was the perfect finishing touch. I simply applied 3 drops straight from the bottle onto my face and allowed to drain to give it a realistic look. It dried in about 5 minutes and lasted all night without smudging or smudging, YES, even after dancing and drinking. This photo was taken at the end of my night and it was still intact.
