I like the magnet idea. This product is just fine.
Works very well. A few of them lost a magnet on one side. It actually stuck to the other side and fell out of place, so it took me a few times for my necklace to almost fall off before I took a closer look. I feel like I could super glue this if I ever get to it. I will order another magnetic clasp. It's nice not to try to use a small clasp on a necklace.
