The best thing about Acute QS! It’s great that their employees are so knowledgeable; they really go above-and beyond for each client - which can be very overwhelming sometimes if you don't understand what's going on with your project/project manager etc..

But I always feel like it's worth my while working through any confusion because of how much knowledge these folks have!! Sometimes there might not necessarily be an explanation given immediately but after speaking with them over email or phone call things get cleared up pretty quickly (usually).
