After about 4 or 5 months the ring on one of the rings became very loose. It doesn't support the weight of the phone to stand up and makes a clanking noise as it rotates when I pick up my phone. The company claims to offer a 12-month warranty, but when I contacted them about the issue, they responded in simple terms. Instructions for sticking the ring to the phone, which is clearly not my issue and doesn't inform about the warranty. I can't imagine that the person (bot?) who replied even read my message. Terrible.
