I lost my really good adjustable headphones and wanted something cheap that would last until my good pair came. They came in a 2 pack for about $7-8 so pretty cheap. They're not regulated and I didn't know that. However, they work great for my needs. They fit over my ears and keep them warm enough, but since they aren't adjustable they tend to move a bit and I have to adjust them over my ears at times. In winter, in our climate, it usually stays below 30 degrees and I usually only wear them for daily walks, so it's ok. If you are in a colder climate or need to be worn for an extended period of time, look for something more durable and adaptable.
