It does not come with its own charger, just a USB cable. You still need your own portable charger.

I love this bag! I used this at Disney and it worked great! It's big enough for a mini iPad, your phone, a small umbrella, keys and a small wallet. It also comes with an attachable and detachable water carrier. The only thing I didn't like was that I thought I had my own charger. It only comes with USB cables for headphones and phone, but you still need to bring portable chargers to connect USB cables to charge your device. All in all a great backpack for hikes, amusement parks or excursions.
