I have very long, terribly dry hair and this cold winter has made it so much worse. After I shower I put so much of this in my damp hair. It makes it shiny and so much more manageable. When I'm out of this I get the worst tangles and I basically have to rip through my hair to get them out. Using this I get so many less tangles and my hair brushes through so much easier. I've tried several other oils before from other company's but none moisturize my hair like this one. I love it and will use it for life.
