Poor quality strap, excellent bag
I really like this bag and would give it five stars if it wasn't for the quality of the strap. I ordered two of these and both came with damaged shoulder straps. Luckily I have a strap from another bag that I can use because I like wearing it as a bracelet, carrying it over my shoulder, or taking off both straps and tossing them in a large tote bag. The interior pockets are great and it's a great size for my wallet, keys and a few other items. The bag itself seems to be of good quality - I was really surprised at how durable it seems to be.
