Outdoor Issues

Update August 13, 2021 Second set of these Lekato 2.4GHz T/Rs shipped. Same problem as mentioned below in outdoor performances. Next we try Lekato 5.8GHz. if same problem. I reject Lecato. Sequel follows. We have several of these inexpensive radio systems from different manufacturers. two 2.4 GHz (Mefe & Lekato) and one 5.8 GHz (Mefe). All have trouble turning on and off during outdoor performances. although the distance between transmitters and receivers is usually less than 15 feet. Changing channels doesn't help. It's embarrassing when it cuts out mid-song and then has to switch back to cable. Why is this only a problem outdoors? Do I really need to spend a few hundred dollars on a Boss or Line 6 system to wirelessly play outdoors? I love the 8 hour battery life and the near zero latency and noise, but they only seem reliable for indoor gigs/at least for us.
