They were quick about getting back with quotes for all my requested vendors plus they kept me up to date as I submitted each vendor request! It took awhile though before some got approved which left only 4 or so out there that would actually be acceptable when looking at my overall portfolio requirements along w/the projected cost per month if accepted into final contract approval process. Be patient when requesting more than 1 quote from medicussolutions - sometimes you have not seen results until days later after submitting requests via their online portal!! Very professional customer service reps who responded quickly & honestly without any BS. Project management was very easy using this platform allowing us access remotely from virtually anywhere anytime day's even hours prior notification through email as required during construction phase-out dates (due to Covid19). I really like that I can communicate with my recruiter whenever I need to. They are always there for me and always have my back. They are always available for me and I always get a response within a few hours. I don't really dislike anything about them, but I will say that they can be a little bit slow at times, but once it's fixed they really get back to me quickly. I am able to find and apply for jobs that I am interested in with ease. I have been able to get jobs I wanted for myself.
