Absolutely terrible. The first few times I turned it on, the temperature rose to around -20 degrees before rising again. I had to press the button multiple times to get it fully out. Then after it finally expands to the full -75 degrees it goes back up and can't go back down and only beeps twice when I press something on the remote. Out of the box it seemed solid, but since I've powered it on I've had nothing but issues with it. Update: After calling support, my issues were resolved. They are really willing to help you and they turned a bad situation into an amazing one. No, I don't have to worry about returning the item and looking for another mount. Thank you Liz for being a great customer service rep.
