Great double stick/screw design
Get the job done, unlike other options they are convenient as they can both screw and stick to the wall. I've used them in combination with 40 pound cable ties to route our ethernet cables along baseboards and around door frames in our office. Some of them have already been ripped off the wall through gross negligence by employees. If they hadn't been hired there wouldn't be any problems I bet.
