We love Mary Janes so this is a great compromise.
My preschool daughter can only wear closed shoes and boots and can't wear boots. It basically forces us to wear tennis shoes or Tom's style. We love Mary Janes so this is a great compromise. Pros: - Machine washable when insoles are removed - Runs true to size (a printed size chart is available on Cienta's website) - Easy for kids to dress themselves Cons: Shiny/metallic colors become "blurry" or roll very easy on toes with canvas colors) Overall conclusion: great shoes, very comfortable and highly recommended!

- Nice shoes but the insoles are not glued. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be, but my baby sucks.
