Review on SONGMICS Multi Level Sisal Covered Scratching Furniture by Sara Hughes

I was looking for a medium sized scratching post that would fit in my window and that all three of my boys could enjoy. I finally settled on this one based on the size and the fact that there are two hiding places and a top perch. Assembly is very easy and took me about half an hour. The hardest part was putting it together as three curious cats circled around me like sharks, trying to bite and play with each piece. Immediately after assembly, all three were on at the same time. The only initial problem I had was that none of them wanted to share. As you can see in the photo, my Murphy was very upset at the prospect of sharing and would growl and hiss at others. It's not their only tree, they have two others that they've always liked, but since they put up this scratching post, they haven't touched the other two. They have learned to share this tree and can always find two in closed cupboards and one on the top perch. Perch is a coveted spot. So when it is abandoned, it does not remain empty for long. I don't see any disadvantages in this scratching post yet. It's not the prettiest or most expensive we've had over the years, but it might be their favorite.
