Good First thing I like is that it looks like a normal belt. He's got teeth to deal with, and boy do they! First I had to figure out how to weaken it. It turned out to be very easy. Grasp the end of the strap and pull it away from your body. 4 inches and 230 pounds with a waist of about 37 inches. The belt fits perfectly! No pruning required. It easily held a 38" waist. If your waist is more than 40", I would say no. and there is also a money pocket. very long and can easily hold a lot of bills if you fold it in half. The zipper is good quality and has a small flap to keep the tab down and prevent it from getting lost. I love this belt! I bought 2 and gave 1 to a friend. He loves it! And for $12 I would buying them as a gift! Great deal and a great belt! Thank you!
