Definitely not military!

I bought this collar for my pit bull less than two months ago. He had already broken it in half when he ran outside on a jogger. It's supposed to be a military collar, which is why I bought it. It is rated for up to 200lbs or so, my dog is 70-80lbs and it has lasted a month! Very disappointed.
