Working. Pretty weak, but they're all like that. I used it in my custom dash for my 1977 GMC camper. The dash is 1/8 inch thick sheet aluminum and there were no burrs to hold the bushing in place. So I used store bought aluminum angle bars and bolted the bushing to the top and bottom of the dash. It worked well. works for thicker dash stock, mine was too thin.
