I like that it automatically pulls in multiple sources (eg slack) when someone mentions them so they are easy accessible through out our team! Would be great if we could set up different filters per source instead just having 1 filter across everything - but this isn't possible right now as far as i know? The UI can sometimes feel overwhelming especially considering how many options there seem to be within each tab/category - however once using umuese its very intuitive which makes me trust their product more than other solutions offered by my peers who have tried similar products over time. Its not perfect yet but getting better every week or month depending on feature updates etc. My main problem currently being solved via umesse is managing communication internally between teams & departments without going back n forth from emails / slacks repeatedly throughout day.
