At first I was concerned about the material of the covers as they keep their deformed shape but can be easily restored without seeing any stress at the connection with the earpiece. It has good sound and a comfortable fit. 2 stars for the device showing "connected" even when actively in use. (Update, found a box of products to return and saw a small flyer inside that said most issues can be resolved with a factory reset). It lists simple instructions and I no longer have the problem that triggered the 2 stars. 5 stars for providing information on a quick fix. No need to go to a website, speak to a representative, or even open an app!
