A little strange

The skirt itself is very good quality but the cut is a bit odd. I bought it for my nine year old daughter and the length of the skirt is perfect, the waist is a little tight but it's slim so it's ok but it didn't bother me at first. The straps are very long, I had to make extra holes to make them shorter.
