Lost after one use in quadcopters and multirotors

When we opened it up and went through the tutorial one of the lights didn't come on at first and I had to tell my friend to stop it. and we'll get it back then, but he kept going, and when the tutorial was over he went outside to try. This fool didn't fly up or down, just side to side and flew right into the fence through no fault of ours. This isn't our first drone, so we knew how to fly a drone that worked properly, but it didn't. After that 2 blades were damaged and he had to attach other blades that come in the kit. Here I had to insist on myself and say, no, I say it back, but men are men. He said his other drone wouldn't fly properly if the battery wasn't fully charged, so he fully charged the battery and it flew fine, but he only tried for a few minutes. He got it out this morning THE DAY AFTER we got it and flew it again it had a lid to keep it from going so high well it kept going higher and higher and higher and it kept pushing the "Home" button. ' and it didn't fit. home and the only option we had was to stand there and watch $130 just fly away and there was nothing we could do about it. I have a question, what should I do now? How do I return money? Should I just kiss $130? This is the time in the world when $130 is more than half of my weekly income and it was a gift I saved for MONTHS and flew away in less than 24 hours without the "come home" command follow, and got screwed up. This is so unacceptable and I am so upset. I cried for an hour because the gift I had been saving for MONTHS was gone in less than 24 hours. I want my $130 back. It's not easy to use, it's completely broken from the start. He was so excited that I didn't want to start a fight by saying there's not a gift I've saved up for in months and all you could talk about for half a year is that gift, stop it to use it and let me send it back. I should have, but I couldn't bring myself to stop him from enjoying himself at trying to use his new drone. The company or seller will see that and what should I do, call you guys and say I want my money back because your product decided it wanted to be a real plane and go to Mexico? Or should I call Amazon and say that I bought a drone before you that is being sold by someone who sells drones that do not obey the orders you have given and you lose it within a day of receiving it? What am I doing? Who do I call to get my money back if the item I want a refund for flew? This is the worst experience buying gifts for someone so I hope you read this company. You made someone cry for an hour and lost $130 they saved for months during the Covid period. I hope you are happy with my money now. UPDATE I called Amazon and they told me there is nothing they can do as it is sold by a third party? Aren't 75% of the items Amazon sells sold by third parties? So what's so different here? It's been over a month now since this horrible horrible horrible salesman lost touch who is here to make a quick buck selling absolute crap to people. SAVE MONEY, DON'T BUY THIS. They refuse to refund your money and this is a garbage product
