I know it's frustrating to think you're getting pure Vitamin E and then see other oils being added, but the ingredient list was posted when ordering. I would still add a carrier oil, in fact I have mixed it with coconut oil and my results are amazing. I had a large mole removed on my collarbone/neck that was in a very prominent location. After the first two weeks of healing, I made a mixture of this and coconut oil and applied it three times a day. My surgery was almost three weeks ago and I can barely see where the mole was removed. I can honestly say that the scar would have been more visible if I hadn't used this oil. I can't wait to see the results in the coming weeks. Then I cut myself shaving a few days ago; I applied it and miraculously it was much better the next day. I now add a few drops to my daily argan oil facial application. This is something like magic in a bottle, no matter how mundane it may sound, but it's true. I love this oil very much and can only recommend it.
