I like that you can choose the brightness and color setting - it's really good for the eyes Plus - it can work for many hours without having to charge It didn't say it on my little manual, how much and I didn't pay much attention to it, but I used it for at least a couple of weeks before I had to plug it in. 10/10 I love the product
