the product arrived as expected. Clear and understandable instructions. It comes with just a few tools to mold and shape the product you are repairing. The reason I bought this item was because I had a crack in the back of my office chair and I knew it would keep traveling if I didn't stop it. I'll just be honest about the policy you get what you pay for. This kit will NEVER make your broken item go away, but it will make it less noticeable and stop wearing or moving. I would ask for a professional with the right training and tools if you are looking for more. The set keeps what it promises. It stopped my tearing on my office chair and has many colors that I probably won't use, at least I don't think so (knock on wood). But that's my opinion, I have little to no repair skills, I'm pretty sure he did what needed to be done. I have included a photo of the finished product which is very different from what it looked like before.
