Review on Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser: A Skincare Essential for Sensitive Skin by Carmen Polk

I used it during 3 showers and I love it. It lathers really well and washes out pretty easily, which is great because I don't like it when it takes forever to wash all of the soap out of a regular loofah. I have not been using this product long enough to determine if it is benefiting my sensitive skin. It's definitely softer than I expected. I'm used to lathering something coarser to exfoliate, but I hope the benefits of the charcoal outweigh the softness of this sponge. The direction was right. It had to be held under water for about 5 minutes to make it bigger and softer. It is kept on a hook in the shower and although it dries completely the next time you use it, it remains quite soft and only takes 30 seconds in the water to come loose and be ready to use again. It had an interesting smell when first opened, but that smell has since gone. For now I am enjoying this product and will buy again.
