My 8 year old has a smaller foot, size 13 in Nike trainers and they fit him. They have a foam insert that will flatten out over time, but they still keep your feet warm. He wears them around the house and plays with his little brother, staying on his feet with no problem. He wore them every night, we are very happy with them.
